Android users can download the offline language package in advance to use basic text translation functionality even when the network is unstable or without Wi-Fi. Note: The i Phone version of Microsoft Translator currently does not support offline translation. i Phone users are advised to use the built-in "Translate" app and download the Chinese and their own language packages in advance as offline backups.
